EXPOSURE GALLERY is truly a unique venue located at 312 Broad Street in Nevada City, which specializes in the fine art of photography. The gallery features work from owner and photographer Shannon Perry, and works from additional local photographers. Exhibitions are currently slated for 2006 featuring national photographers.

In addition to showcasing professional photographer’s work, the gallery supports photography programs at local high schools. Currently the gallery features work of Nevada Union High School’s advanced photography program intstructed by David Arnold. Two students are featured at a time, and new student's work will be featured every six weeks. All proceeds generated from the sale of their work goes directly back into their program for continued funding.

Exposure Gallery offers on site workshops in the art of photography such as the fundamentals of photography, advanced and digital photography, and workshops specializing in pinhole and large format photography. In addition to photography related workshops, classes in papermaking, and bookbinding are also offered with comfortable, small class sizes.
